Women Emerging is a global, non-profit movement . Founded in 2022 by Julia Middleton, former CEO of Common Purpose and author of two leadership books, Women Emerging began as a small LinkedIn group during the pandemic. In just four years, it has grown into a thriving community of thousands of women who have engaged with Women Emerging via our expeditions and podcast.

What started as a two-person team has now expanded to 12 people across 3 continents and over 9 countries.
